Required Qualification

Recognized nursing degree (BSc Nursing or equivalent) from an institution recognized by Pakistan Nursing Council. Postgraduate qualification in nursing or healthcare management (e.g. MSc Nursing, MPhil, MBA Health Management or Clinical Nursing Leadership).

Experience Required

Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience in a recognized healthcare institution. At least 5 years in a nursing leadership role such as Head of Nursing, Chief Nurse, or equivalent.
