Qualification: ICS with Diploma in IT from recognized institution
Experience – 10 Years
- Responding to technical inquiries, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Maintaining user accounts and permissions; effective use of email systems and digital tools
- Configuring and maintaining biometric attendance systems
- Technical support for in-house and online meetings, hearings, webinars, training sessions, and official events
- Configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting DVR/NVR systems, storage, and CCTV surveillance
- Maintaining helpdesk records, ticket logs, IT documentation, and issue resolution reports
