Qualification Required
- LLM or equivalent postgraduate degree in Law from HEC-recognized institution
Experience Required
- 10 years post-qualification experience
- Overall legal leadership, policy direction, strategic oversight to Legal Department
- Experience in legal research, advisory, litigation, and drafting legal documents in public or private sector
- Ensuring effective legal representation before Commission and courts
- Providing expert legal opinions on complex regulatory, corporate, and quasi-judicial matters
- Leading and managing the legal team professionally with discipline and integrity
