Qualification

• LLB or equivalent degree in Law from HEC-recognized institution

Experience – 7 Years

• Drafting and reviewing legal instruments, contracts, MoUs, agreements, rules, and regulations
• Strong communication, research, interpretation, and presentation skills
• Judicial forums participation; managing and streamlining litigation for timely disposal
• Liaising with Government Departments, public sector entities, and courts
• Drafting legal briefs and well-reasoned opinions on complex regulatory advisory matters
