Qualification
- Master's/Bachelor's degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Business, Finance, or related discipline from HEC-recognized institution
- OR professional qualification: CA, CMA, or ACCA
- CFA or FRM certification preferred
Experience – Minimum 6 Years
- Post-qualification experience in the financial sector
- Strong background in risk analysis and modelling
- Familiarity with major risk management frameworks
- Hands-on experience in drafting risk policies and effective risk governance
- Demonstrated contributions to effective risk governance
- For qualified Chartered Accountants, articleship considered as part of requisite experience
