Experience – 3 Years

• Drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, MoUs, agreements, and other legal documents
• Preparing legal opinions, complaints, and cases
• Conducting thorough legal research using regulatory and legal precedents
• Liaising with internal departments, external counsel, regulatory bodies, and government agencies
• Representing Commission in legal proceedings, hearings, and negotiations
