Qualification & Experience
- 2nd Class BSc in Civil Engineering + 05 years relevant experience, OR
- Master in Civil Engineering + 03 years relevant experience in Government/equivalent/repute firm
Selection Criteria (100 Marks)
- Prescribed Qualification: 70 marks
- ETEA Test: 20 marks
- Interview: 10 marks

- Get CNIC verified via any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk) — mandatory before applying
- Apply online and submit the form to generate a deposit slip (with token number, project code, personal info)
- Print the deposit slip and deposit the fee (non-refundable) via Easypaisa app/Agent or any UBL Bank branch
- Keep the original deposit slip safely — do NOT share it
- Do NOT send documents to ETEA; bring them only when qualifying the screening test
- Application form available from 4th June 2026; last date 24th June 2026
Important Notes
- Age relaxation as per existing Govt. Rules
- Government/Semi-Government employees must apply through proper channel
- No TA/DA for test/interview
- HEC equivalence required for foreign degrees
- Interview call letter only to shortlisted candidates
